On Sunday Crewe held their tribute to the men and women who lost their lives during the Falklands war. It was the 40th anniversary of the war. The dignified service was held in Memorial square and finished with some attendees laying wreaths.

The Act of Remembrance was led by the Crewe Branch of The Royal British Legion and Councillor Dennis Straine-Francis (Deputy Mayor of Crewe) laid a wreath to commemorate the Forces Personnel who gave their lives.
