Kintsugi Wellbeing Group

Kintsugi Wellbeing Group is holding a free course, which is a 12 week course to help develop skills and resilience for positive mental health and wellbeing  

These groups come highly recommended and are very beneficial for those who take part.

The next local course will start on Thursday 25 February at 8pm and is via Zoom and will be run by Alison Howells and Jan Harrison, who are involved in a local charity ‘Harbour Cheshire’ and the course is run in partnership with Kintsugi Hope and Nantwich Elim Church.
