Neighbours get together on their street to attend social distanced Zumba classes during lock-down.
Zumba instructor Caroline Smith has been hosting fitness classes every Wednesday and Saturday on her street in Wistaston since lock-down took hold.
Many local residents have been keeping fit and busy during this period thanks to Caroline’s classes.
They form a line on the pavement outside their houses to exercise and spend time together while maintaining a safe distance.

Caroline Smith said: “It was my neighbours who suggested we danced in the street. I thought it would probably be a one-off, but we still meet every Wednesday and Saturday weather permitting. What a community we have developed! Chance to dance, keep fit and most importantly have some fun during these very strange times.”
Caroline’s Zumba classes have temporarily stopped due to the pandemic, but normally taken place on Monday’s (St Mary’s Church Hall, Church Lane, Wistaston) and Thursday’s (Wistaston Memorial Hall, Church Lane, Wistaston) from 6-7pm, £4.50 per class.
